Why it isn't a subscription
A family story isn't something you use every month. You pay when you want one, and nothing renews. There are no hidden fees.
Refunds
If it isn't what you hoped for, ask within 30 days of paying and we'll refund the $49. Email hello@tellmefamily.com from the address on your account. Once a refund goes through, paid features and share links stop working. Details are in the terms.
Common questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a story. Nothing renews, and we keep no card on file for later charges.
How long can a paid interview run?
Up to an hour of talking in total, split over as many sittings as they like.
What if I want a second interview?
The free interview is once per account. Each further story, for the same person or someone else, is $49.
How do refunds work?
Ask within 30 days of paying and we refund the $49. Paid features end when the refund goes through, including downloads and share links.
