About Tell Me Family

Most families mean to record a parent's stories, and most don't get to it. Asking is awkward, writing is work, and the first answer is usually too short to keep. We built Tell Me Family so that the asking is taken care of: a parent can talk for ten minutes and leave something the family will want to hear for a long time.

We care about three things. It has to be easy for someone who doesn't like phones. The person speaking stays in control of what they said. And the story contains only what they actually said.
